  1. You are trying to help people suffering from Arthritis, by suggesting 20
    such items. But you have no where mentioned either to eat or make paste
    apply , or cook etc. Absence of such information leads to only CONFUSION.
    Please SET RIGHT with direction and instruction od usage.

      outcome. Like eating plain fruit can affect less than eating it like a
      paste or simply cooking it, and the video didn’t show that.

      high linoleic sunflower oil made by Flora. Swallow a teaspoon or 2 a day.
      Some in the morning, some in the evening. You can also mix it in a salad.
      Another thing you can do is to rub some oil in the affected joint. It is
      high in omega 6. Omega 6 makes the body’s most potent anti-inflammatory

      omega 6 but hard to find unprocessed. Hain makes a mayonnaise made with

    not just make a web page with the 20 foods listed. I could read and print

    plants make bother fibromyalgia and arthritis much worse.

      there is a lot of good information on internet, i know that green tea heps.
      drink lot of green tea daily.

  7. I had major problems with Arthitic pills. nearly died. on stopping pills
    discovered an item on sale freely And in use over 50years. have been using
    it now for over 30, years. And now only use it occasionally. but no pills.
    all doctors I have told this to and having had blood tests and x rays state
    that at 78 i am very healthy. and no problems. if you want to hear more.

  8. Wow sunflower seeds is number one! I shouldn`t have arthritis because I eat
    those a lot, instead of popcorn almost every evening in front of tv. But
    unfortunately I have a severe swelling in my joint due to arthritis.
