  1. This is some good advice but I’ll add this, if someone is older, over weigh
by 50+ lbs., they should try to swim instead of walk to keep the extra
stress of the heart. I’m 50 and I weigh 265 but I’ve been 265 and slim so I
can walk 2-3 miles in the woods NOW, but I had to work my way back into it
and have to take it easy because I have A-fib. I had surgery 6 months ago
to correct it ( hope it worked :).

    1. Swimming is of course the best all around exercise.Be careful walking in
wooded areas, ticks these days carry Lymes Disease which is an awful thing
      if you get it.

    2. +Backyrdvideos
Thanks but I had lymes over 20yrs ago & did finally cure myself by
drinking cranberry juice for weeks on end…true!

  2. I’m a truck driver and iv watched my health go down hill ever sense I
started 12 years ago. I was 30 yrs old when I started and weighed 130lbs
(5’8″) now I am 42 and 190. its hard to exercise when you are behind the
wheel 11 to 14 hours at a time. and the food at truck stops discuss me. its
mostly fried. they really piss me off because places like loves and pilot
truck stops push 2 for 1 king size candy pizza and other junk. pilot in
particular is the worst. I knew a guy that told me that they cut his hours
because he didn’t sell enough candy. (they push that stuff on drivers) they
    should be ashamed!

    1. Hey good buddy. Know exactly what you mean. I’m surprised you haven’t
failed your dot yet due to high blood sugar. I did after gaining 30lbs &
only 5 yrs OTR. I had gotten sucked into all that ready make fried foods
too as it’s the quickest way to get rolling again isn’t it? Of course I’ld
put cream in my coffees too everyday to keep me awake, sometimes 4-6 cups
of it per day. Now I am glad that I failed the Dot, at least I found out &
have been able to adjust my habits. If you want to know how I brought my
blood sugar down from 200 to 100 just ask.

    2. +seeamerica1 no, actually I’m in good health because I bring my own food in
the truck with me. no soda for me. and by the way, good buddy has a whole
new meaning now. it don’t mean what it use to lol.

    3. Good for you. That’s what eventually most people have to do after
discovering how they’ve let themselves go OTR. It creeps up on you doesn’t
      it?

  3. What are all the popup ads suggesting that a person’s symptoms include the
feet & toes? I’ve clicked on them but usually get a malware attack so I
immediately close it up & never get to find out.
