  1. Yeah, useless for vegans and vagueaterians. Thanks. Try a vegan and healthy
    alternative like pumpkin seeds, garlic, sesame seeds, water melon seeds and
    chick peas…and even dark chocolate…yes, most is OK for vegans. All the
    highest zinc contents and no animals had to suffer and die for this
    information.
