    1. omg plant based b12? I am studying this b12 matter and no plants have it.
Google b12 and you will get a full article about b12 from all sources…
You can eat b12 fortified foods or take supplements / shots…unfortunately

    2. Yes. But I thought about vegan sources or plant based, as the author of
this commentary asked (+Willem De Bruyn). Many vegetarians and vegans are
misinformed on the matter, looking for plant based sources (or spirulina,
chlorella which is has an inactive form of b12) but as far as I have
learned so far – only supplements or animal based sources contain active
      forms of b12…

    3. +Apollo 440 it’s healthier to eat raw meat because b12 becomes inactive
      when heated

    4. thanks for your answer. That is what I also thought – to get a load of
seafood or eat some liver from time to time. But for now I’m trying to
supplement from b1+b6+b12 pills after being 6 months raw vegan. We will see
what will be, my plan is to take a blood test.
