  1. I discovered this video about a year ago, he inspired me to make a change
    and start to eat for my health. I introduced one avocado a day along with
    MANY other veg/fruits and began a healthy raw diet/life.
    I am female and in my early 20’s and was struggling to loose the weight I
    had gained over the past few years. Being 25lbs over weight for my height,
    it was time to loose weight properly, the healthy way. I lost 32lbs in 3
    months from switching to a “regular” diet/lifestyle to a HEALTHY lifestyle
    (especially AVOCADO) using his advice and videos to inspire me.
    I have continued to eat healthy ever since and my weight has stabilised at
    exactly the same weight as I was before I gained it!
    I tell people about the weight loss benefits of Avocados when they ask how
    I did it… they look at me like I am crazy. I guess some people don’t
    understand that veg and fruits are here to help our bodies… no
    pills/shakes/crazy diets will help you in the long run.
    I am so happy I found this video, it has changed my life. 

  2. Hi Steve, thank you so much for your time and effort to respond.
    Historical perhaps but not very accurate as you may know. Christmas was
    stolen from the “Pagans” , Jesus was born 30 years before the year 0,
    planet earth is 5000 years old, etc, etc. This in itself doesnt really
    bother me that much.
    But you are right, I am afraid of a belief/ideology that cause people to
    fly into buildings, molest children, decapitate those who can’t recite a
    certain verse from a ancient historical book or discriminate against and
    molest people with a different sexual orientation then themselves.
    Perhaps this explains somewhat my aversion.
    But to end on a positive note, I did enjoy the video. Are you into healthy
    living as well?

    1. Well put, however Christianity, Not catholics not any other religion is
      actual Christianity. True Christianity is about having a relationship with
      God. Not about ideology, also if someone studies the Bible they will find
      out very quickly that Jesus wasn’t born in the winter time or no were near
      December. Religion is based on man and his ideas it isn’t based on God this
      is why religion has caused so many wars and evil doings on this earth. So
      many religions are based on mans interpretations it’s a no wonder no one
      beliefs in God anymore. This was well designed by Satan ever since Adam and
      Eve. So if someone doesn’t belief I understand, it’s kinda like one Marine
      or Soldier kills out of order or a cop shoots someone out of haste it makes
      them all look bad. I’m not here to preach but ……

    1. +btchzwhresndoors this is exactly why, your body will detoxify for many
      weeks. After about 2 months of eating whole healthy foods, you’ll start to
      notice your skin becoming smoother and stronger, your muscles won’t fatigue
      as easily. you’ll also sleep and wake up much easier with a much clearer
      mind. These are just a few benefits of eating healthy. Good luck and don’t
      up it’s a life style change take it slow and be smart. Sorry btchz this

  3. Great video. I’m on the road for a detox. I just had a green smoothie
    over an hour ago which included some avocado AND the seed! I’m still full
    after that and no need for unnecessary snacking! 

  4. WTF?! “the avocado is 20 percent fat”. Did I hear that right? Its actually
    the opposite, 77% fat. More like 20% not fat.

    1. +StrapYy lets be clear on what we are talking about. A hass avocado is 30g
      by mass. 5g of that is fat. So, if you look by weight, by mass, it is about
      20% fat. But, if you look at calories (which I guess you were looking at)
      … it is 50 calories in the same avocado. 35 of those calories would come
      from fat so, that is your 70%calculation. I don’t see the problem with
      explaining yourself a little bit rather than just typing WTF.

  5. Excellent video, allot of of info from ancient times that have been
    scientifically proven over and over again. Yet our most smart scholars are
    still dying of heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and many other diseases.
    All because they think they are smarter than the teachings that have been
    given to us 2 millennium ago. Oh well you can bring a horse to water but
    you can’t make them drink. 

  6. So… who eats the seeds (pit) of avocados? How many and how often have you
    consumed them? I’m still trying to believe it’s safe.
