    2. Jay J I was 115 lbs 2 years ago and now I’m 160lbs like 12% bodyfat. That’s progress to me. And plus my main lifts and calisthenic movements are dramatically increased in skill

  2. Does just simply not being vegan qualify for a “worst of fitness ” video? I see some people ask for a “worst of fitness industry” vid on pretty respectable and reputable people just because they aren’t vegan

  3. You regard his study useless because it was done on obese people then you yourself link a study which proves saturated fat increases insulin resistance done on 7 obese people. Also you can not compare vegan and non-vegans health because more often than not non-vegans eat like absolute crap, which makes vegan diets look insanely good when compared to the general population.

    1. RoboticNoob no i pointed out his studies were poorly controlled with lackluster results and there was every indication that the obese patients were only getting a benefit from calorie restriction

    2. Vegan Gains That is true. Also do you only believe in CICO to a certain extent because you referenced a study which says that RC results in more fat loss than RF. And do you think carbohydrates have nothing to do with insulin problems? I mean surely a vegan eating copious amounts of sugar can get diabetes too.

    3. RoboticNoob check out the Rice Diet developed by Walter Kempner, and continued at Duke University until recently. Very sick people ate ONLY table sugar, white rice and fruit juice resulted in those with hypertension cured, diabetes cured, and hypertension cured. Sugar does not cause diabetes.
