  1. I’d like to post some information that people may find useful. I certainly
found it useful to solve my irregular heartbeat, but it may not be useful
for those where my explanation is not the cause. *ALWAYS consult your
doctor, especially with an irregular heart rhythm!*

In my case, a hyperactive immune system was the cause of my irregular
heartbeats. They came in the form of ectopic heartbeats and atrial
fibrillations. The cause, in my case, was the adjuvants contained in a
vaccine I took at school. In some cases, adjuvants can cause the body’s
immune system to become hypersensitive (or allergic) to some foods that are
consumed after taking the vaccine and while the body’s immune response is
being amplified by the adjuvants. Once an allergy has been developed to a
food and the food is consumed, this can cause the release of histamine into
the bloodstream which, when bound to H1 receptors, can cause vasodilation
to occur. This lowers the effective blood volume, lowering the blood
pressure as a result and can cause atrial fibrillations, atrial flutter or
tachycardia to occur. Inflammation of internal organs caused by a high
amount of histamine in the body can put physical pressure onto the heart,
causing ectopic heartbeats. Histamine is known to be able to cause
isotropic as well as chronotropic responses in the cardiac muscle due to
the presence of H1 and H2 receptors.

Of course, not all irregular heartbeats are caused by this and ablation
therapy is a good way of solving incorrect electrical signalling in the
    heart muscle.
