  2. there is a BIG difference between vegetarian and vegan! I highly recommend
    video’s by dr Neal Barnard, too.

  3. As mentioned below, “vegetarian” diets can be horrible, loaded with oil,
    butter, cheese, whole milk, eggs, avocados, nuts, palm kernal oil,
    hydrogenated oils, etc. The healthiest diet is totally vegan, contains
    <=10% fat, no cholesterol, is high in fiber and consists of a wide range of whole foods as grown. Was MCD eating this?

  4. Same here. Been on a very low fat vegan diet as my baseline since
    discovering Pritikin in the late 70s. In the interim, I have tried every
    diet out there and MEASURED the results. NOTHING works better than the
    Pritikin/McDougall/Ornish/Esselstyn low fat vegan approach. NOTHING. It’s
    the way humans were intended to eat…much like all primates in their
    natural habitat.

  5. NO JOKE, DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Cholesterol and heart attack correlation is
    completely fictitious. See Anthony Culpo’s study.. Heart disease in some
    cases, is caused by blockages of arteries caused by drinking tap water,
    which is full of toxins – people end up like your kettle, full of non
    assimilated elemental compounds. Wheat also causes atherosclerosis.
    Distilled water is the only safe drinking water on this planet.

  7. other vegetarians still eat meat(fish, eggs, milk”liquid meat”) and you
    should try going low fat vegan, which is completely different from
    vegetarian unless you love meat that much! if he was a vegan then that
    would a debatable.

    its day to spot a troll a mile off sunshine, why not use your time more
    productively? Mind you i enjoy worrying the goyim enough to try and negate
    my words. never works though, just makes my words look more credible. Till
    next time why not work on your low self esteem, attacking people is really
    attacking yourself.

  9. In modern times, the term “vegetarian” almost always means lacto-ovo-, (&
    often pesce-), -vegetarian, a far cry from eating vegetation only. So many
    so-called vegetarians are cheese-egg-&-fish-eaters that real
    vegetation-eaters had to come up with the word “vegan’ to differentiate
    themselves. Many modern vegans consume so much oil, sugar, refined grains,
    alcohol, & tobacco that they get virtually no health benefits. Add on eggs,
    dairy & fish, & “vegetarian” becomes a meaningless term.

  10. People eat God Spirit creators way I stopped in 2015 reflected and
    remembered growing up, no eating out family size came from 11 born to man
    50 yrs. Second marriage first wife passed cancer . Married my mom. We ate
    all vegetables fruits squashes beets and greens of beet and carrots we did
    have ice berg lettuce years later took Nutrition is full of water but no
    nutrients ( that is why weight watchers uses, doesn’t teach people to
    change what they eat ) we had radishes cucumbers corn back field berrries
    all in there season no egg very seldom didn’t care for be hungry nor bacon
    when we had, washn’t much to it I would think. I enjoyed oatmeal with
    banana and cinnimon mom would put on. no sugar use no coffee in home we
    were breastfed all. We never got sick in winter my mom would line us up in
    beginning in fall open wide and put in Cod Liver oil tablespoon two she
    gave. We went to bed early never out at night even at 16 18 . I would arise
    early before 6 am. We didn’t watch TV on Mon though Fri we sometimes
    allowed watch on Sat. never all day. We all had ways we assisted Mom chores
    boys and girls. We never took vacations. But I remember my Father early to
    rise to barn milked cows by hand shoveled manuare and walked to work ( we
    had a car used for Church and if my Mother need to go to another town for
    roast beef or Turkey. We had Turkey twice a year Ham once. No pastries only
    on Thanksgiving my mom made ruburb pie and mince great. My Dad once a year
    mad rolls and bread. We would come home from school growing up in pantry
    take our apple or carrot or both. No one allowed in refrigerator only Mom
    who managed food in our home. We were happy and healthy until to my and Mom
    and sisters surprise and ignorance moved away to City GMo food Water
    polluted Pastries Kentucky fried chicken we never had fried food cold cuts
    sausages and hamburgers or cheese growing up. My father used no milk or
    sugar in Black Tea he had every evening . If he wanted his whiskey Mother
    brought it , was a short little glass. He set it down and picked up his
    Violin and played every evening and played mandolin, or guitar, or trumpet
    or read poetry from Frost or other famos poets . We had a peaceful quiet
    serene life 2 acre’s of land little more with mountain living 2 miles from
    Ocean. The city life stayed the same tried coffee bitter to me like a lax
    for me don’t need sweets do much tried an Eclair and Balava and thought I
    was going to rot my Teeth threw away never brought again. Tried smoking
    once in 30 almost choked, why do we weren’t born smoking. threw pack away.
    Once went to discotheque see what like sat at bar counted bottles ordered
    ginger ale. I don’t dance so when I saw people strangers bumping other I
    said these people are crazy, This you do nude when married with husband. We
    weren’t brought up oour body was bad no we were natural to sleep nude in
    summer was normal we had night gowns. for winter cold. No I live in small
    city now 67 yr old have my distilled water fruits vegetables organic nuts
    soak grow herbs and vegetables in. I can touch toes walk to next town to go
    play tennis or beach or pick dandelions or go into forest. I can go up 11
    flights of stairs not holding rails do squats each morning free push ups
    full weights do . I look like I am in 30’s accept my hair is gray white and
    light brown born a blond. Thinking of using natural from plants to color
    more soft brown with blond will see. I have plants all over no rugs no
    chemicals home of peace no TV no cell phone just internet for music
    research as I may begin courses to become neuropathic Dr. Took nutrition
    few years back have Med. It would be fun. Bye listen to body the man is
    right . I make hemp milk almond milk and Coconut with almonds sometimes 1 a
    month ?. I never use any oil in me or on food. I use Olive oil to polish my
    wood furniture. Miracle soap can use for detergent hair laundry I do byi
    hand. No air conditioner save 90 a year/ Windows down in heat shades down,
    evening windows open v ery easy my Mom taught us.
