  1. “Cholesterol Denialists.” Love it. I saw this documentary years ago – I’m sure the guy thought he was being clever, but excess calories= weight gain doesn’t strike anyone as particularly novel. Interesting re: his LDL cholesterol at the end of the film.

  2. When he was talking about his diet of fat and eggs and steaks and smothering everything in butter, I almost threw up lol. Even when I ate meat and dairy that would have seemed way overboard to me and would have felt like a gross way to live imo, whether it’s healthy or not.

  3. You ask one receptionist if a doctor had a placebo or controlled study to back up a doctor’s claims. Then you present Esselstyn’s study as the best dietary intervention ever, which has no control group and a ton of confounding variables and is overall very unscientific. You gotta stay consistent.

  4. Lazy.
    No education.
    Just be an activist.
    Regurgitate stupid logic.
    Make controversy.
    Can’t earn from YouTube.
    Ask people to support u.
    Haha… that’s y u need to study and earn a degree.

  5. The Seven-Day Aventists do not live *significantly* longer. It would be meaningful if they lived perhaps 20 years longer on average, but they don’t, so it’s not. Living just a few years longer on average could have less to do with their diet and more to do with the whole of their lifestyle.
