  1. jon venus tells me to eat wholegrain chesnuts just like him to beat gyno
    and reach 101kgs of pure muscle so far it has worked marvelously

    1. chesnuts are just as much whole grain as jon venus. i can claim theyre
      wholegrain, just like jon venus can claim he is, but we all know they both
      arent

    2. Pretty sad you spend so much time thinking about wether people who are
      stronger than you are on drugs. Surely that’s due to the fact you’re
      insecure?

    1. Coras Ⓥ Unlike Vegan Gains states, it is already proven that soy increases
      your estrogen level, even in smaller amounts. So soy milk isn’t necessarily
      better. It is just something all of you want to believe because you guys
      are vegans.

    2. Oh, ok. I have for the last 2 years drank a litre of soy milk every day. I
      do not have gyno. That is just me, though, so you’ll have to link me your
      study that proves what you just said.

    3. Coras Ⓥ So what? It isn’t like every male gets gyno throughout their lives.
      VG makes it look like chances are high you’ll get gyno, but that is
      bullshit. Only when having excess amounts of estrogen in your body, this
      could be a consequence. Don’t think you’ll get gyno from drinking soy milk,
      or any milk whatsoever. If this was the case, probably half of all men on
      this earth would have gyno.

    1. GingerSheep it doesn’t magically disappear after removing flesh and titty
      juice. that would’ve been how to prevent it from developing

    2. loosing fat as the guy above me sugested is the best thing to do. If you
      reach 10% bodyfat and you still have gyno i’m afraid your only choice would
      be surgery. talk to your doctor maybe it will prescribe letro, however I
      can’t guarantee you will loose gyno even with letro.

  2. I can see this getting a lot of dislikes. You are attacking something very
    dear to people (chicken, fish, meat, dairy, etc) and if what you say is
    true it would mean much of these peoples lives has been a lie. So these
    people are forced to ignore it, not believe it and dislike it.

    1. try cooking them with a little bit of oil. also it will take a week or so
      to get used to but also try other types of beans. I cannot tolerate
      chickpeas at all (digestion wise get all sorts of problems) but I can eat
      all the different beans without any digestion problems.

    2. +NDfor SPDadsdas happened to me first 2-3 motnhs after going vegan although
      i did consume some fish that time but yeah now im kinda ok, i mean i fart
      but not even remotely as i farted when i started eating beans lol

    3. Ironically Im Mexican. And my uncle, a Doctor said i needed more Iron
      meaning beans Lentils Meat etc. I rinse the beans but damn so much gas.

    1. i’m unsure, i just found this info and trying to find more about them. i
      would suggest you do your own research.. but flaxseed have a lot more
      Lignans than any other source (8 times more than the next highest source
      sesame seeds). And lignans are used even as medically to reduce DHT levels.

      i think i’m going to with chia seeds or walnuts for ALA, they are almost as
      high in ALA as flax, but nowhere near as high in lignans.

      i think walnuts are best, as seeds need to be ground.. and polyunsaturated
      fats will oxidize and go rancid easily. so storing ground seeds is not
      good. should keep in fridge at least.

      If you eat a lot of foods with testosterone and/or work out a lot, that
      increases testosterone.

    2. lentils , beens , rice , tomatoes and otherstuff . its is hard to drink and
      maintain body shape 😀 its a bad habbit..

      Working out increases testosterone more than food.
      Although I would recommend eating more saturated fat. Saturate fat with
      the combination of working out is the best way to increase testosterone.
      Go look up Doc Testosterone.
      I’ve been watching his videos. And ever since I’ve been taking his advice,
      my testosterone increased to the point where I noticeably found it much
      harder to look away from girls I like.

    1. So you’re saying the consensus among the medical community is that soy is
      feminizing, environmental contaminants in animal products don’t disrupt
      hormonal function, and high consumption of beer doesn’t have feminizing
      effects in men nor does it increase breast cancer risk? Can you demonstrate
      that every statement I’ve made is nonsense and there’s this huge body of
      research that I’m deliberately ignoring?

      available to me? And ya anyone can come up with an argument against me,
      what’s your point? If someone else uses free speech and has an opposing
      opinion to me that automatically makes me wrong?
