    1. yeah but richard weighs like 220lbs, so its basically his bodyweight, I was hoping he would still focus on getting bigger and stronger and hit a 315lb bench because he was doing 265 for reps awhile back

  1. Does anyone else think that Richard’s upper arms look so big that they are out of proportion with the rest of his body? He looks like has has as much muscle mass in one arm as Jasmin has in her entire body. They are weirdly hot together.

    1. I’ve always thought this too. I feel like he stores quite a bit of fat on his arms, but I can be wrong. Regardless, he still has really big arms and is pretty strong.

    1. If you go on a diet and you get bigger it’s because your intake is still high enough to put on muscle mass. Usually bodybuilders will cut 500 calories when this happens to switch from a muscle building phase to a fat loss phase so they can cut up. Another option is just to keep gaining until that caloric amount no longer puts on muscle but burns fat
