      rice, salads, whatever i eat for breakfast….3-4 Tbsp per day.

  1. How about if we chew flax seeds extra long? (Instead of grinding them with
    a machine) Will that not have the same effect?

  7. Nice video. I just bought some last week. I do herbalife because of the
    benefits it gives me and my nutrition. Weight loss etc and the flaxseed
    addition is great. Helps my digestion, basically helps remove shyt.
    Especially if you haven’t taken a dump in a while. Stay healthy and live
    long

  8. Open question: I know grinding fresh is best, but I just bought ground
    flax. How inferior is it, and it is at all toxic? I read that the oils can
    go rancid, but Bob’s organic has a “use by” date a year from now. Thanks
    for any & all info.

    2. +Foods4Health flax seeds should be crushed just before use to get the
      omege3sand yes they get rancid probably within a month or two that too
      after storing it in freezers…i hpe it helps..

  10. Danm Flax is awesome. I encourage everyone to include it in their diet. I
    have 2-3 tablespoons per day. I brought a cheap coffee grinder to grind it
    and add it to my smoothies or soups (I wait till they’re cold before I
    add). Falx is one of the few foods that deserve the rm ‘superfood’. Skip
    the oil and eat the whole seed – it’s far healthier. The oil is pointless
    (plus it goes rancid extremely quickly).
