I’ve never heard anyone becoming fat from eating sesame seeds!
The fat content in these seeds are very safe and do not contribute to
adding fat to your body !! They are heart healthy fats which you need in
abundance, about a quarter cup a day ( roughly 36 grams). Combine these
seeds with chia seed in a nutribullet green drink with Cacao nibs and other
nuts with spinach and avocado and you will power through your day with
ease. Job done !
