    an intelligent question but you come back with a stupid answer. i can see
    using juices to cure a disease my gettting rid of ailments caused by
    external forces but genettics are internal how can juices cure that?

    what’s inside of us, regardless of what you might be inclined to by
    genetics. Juices and food affect your health by a great %. Talk to your
    doctor or nutritionist and you’ll get the same answer. That’s why the
    question is stupid.

    research, you will find that nuts can be very beneficial to our health.

      pressure. They experimented beetroot, garlic and watermelon on volunteers
      who had high blood pressure. Great results with the beetroot and garlic,

  8. juice an onion and drink it. no need to go all vegan over your bp. Eat in
    moderation, reduce fats and artificial foods and additives. Juice I medium
    size onion and drink it daily. Better still, juice the onion with cabbage
    2ce the weight of the onion and drink once daily.
    Relax and rest, take walks and get lots of fresh air.
    And even if your bp becomes normal and stable, still monitor it daily to
    know how you are doing.
    when I started my BP was
    190/170 the first day I took cabbage and onion it went down to 105/60. I
    started taking half the juiced onion and some days I just skipped it all
    together. Now I do it 2ce a week but I measure my BP every day to know how
    I am doing.
    If you cannot drink the juice, sauté the onion and cabbage with spices and
    fish or lean meat and eat a good portion of it. Let me know how it goes.

    than to 112/70 now it’s 99/63.
    my doctor is at awe on how I’m doing it. I’ve lost a lot of weight aswell.

    exercising should always be your first line of defense against it, but I
    would not advise stopping your meds abruptly or without consulting your
    physician. Stopping antihypertensives (blood pressure meds) abruptly can
    cause serious conditions such as rebound hypertension, heart attacks or
    angina (chest pain) so please ask your doctor how you can safely taper off
    of them. Also, some people are innately prone to hypertension due to family
    history and genetics even with a healthy lifestyle. The most important
    thing is to control it, either with lifestyle changes or meds because
    uncontrolled hypertension is fatal.
