  1. Honestly, I enjoyed the video. I found the height skits/puns and the stabbing skit pretty hilarious. I think you raised some reasonable points regarding the studies cited in the Examine blog article. While I find Examine to generally be an extremely thorough, unbiased and impressive database of scientific information, to be sure, I’ve invited Kamal on my channel for an interview and will do my best to raise some of the points you made here and regarding veganism more broadly. As for the live debate, I’ll take a pass but ensure that if I did misspeak about the serum cholesterol point in particular, I’ll make a clarifying statement to my audience about it.

    1. why even reply if you won’t debate him? Your pseudo-humble response isn’t fooling anyone, you fucked up and referred your audience to bullshit advice because you didn’t take the time to read/understand it yourself.

    2. Live debate is a complete waste of time, it gives advantage to the debater who has better retoric and this can give the idea that he/she is the one who is right. A debate shouldn’t be about who has a better oratory or retoric but about the truth, and only a written debate can take away most part of the retoric and focus on the truth of the premises and arguments.

  2. I wish you would expand your critique to say cancer causing foods or products that should be avoided. You’ve grown to be such a trusted you tuber and I value your opinions.

  3. I’m currently vegetarian transitioning into veganism. I know I’m a monster but without your videos I would never have tore away my ignorance and accept I am contributing to the meat industry and global warming. It’s really great to see a channel with so much positivity around the subject – no matter how crazily militant some of your videos get. xD

  4. Imaging getting so upset about what someone else said about eggs that you have to make a 14 minute youtube video to bash them

  5. I hate to stereotype, but vegans are THE most hateful people.

At least Jeff got some added exposure from this inane video. Go check his channel out: especially in contrast, dude is a good person with some solid videos (and a gorgeous girlfriend).

  6. I think Vegan Gains was one of the first people on YouTube to show how these egg industry funded studies game the research by feeding eggs to people already with high serum cholesterol levels, because when you have high cholesterol, eating a few eggs isn’t going to do much. Neal Bernard then mentioned this a few months ago in one of his videos.

  7. Something’s gonna kill you. I’d rather die of a nice quick heart attack in my 60s than a long, slow cancer in my 80s. Especially if those extra 20 years cost me every steak I’ll ever eat from now until then. Tastes too good. Don’t care about your personal judgement. I’m sure that just makes you oh so aggravated (I can prescribe you something for that 😉).

BTW, high cholesterol foods don’t increase serum cholesterol. Saturated fats do, but not cholesterol itself. Weird, I know. But well studied. So I’ll be sure to enjoy a nice egg sandwich each morning before I spend my day keeping unhealthy, fat, animal murdering humans alive another day.
