  1. thanks, i watched the entire 2 hour interview with joe rogan, the DHA point
    he made really got to me at the time. But all we need to do is take an
    algae supplement and eat a couple tablespoons of flax oil!!!!!

    1. Joe will try to interrupt Richard consistently. He can’t afford to be
      schooled on his own show and risk loosing advertisers.

    somebody using real research and scientific facts to demonstrate this

  3. im 20. How much vitamin D and B12 should i take a day? im not vegan or a
    vegitarian but im planning on going vegan. I still eat sardines and drink
    milk kefir. other than that all i eat is veggies and fruit.

    1. Kefir has some very small amount of trans fat. Drink fortified soy milk,
      silk is the best brand IMO. Soy milk also might have b12, same with almond
      milk.

  4. Joe Rogan is the dictionary definition of a hipster dochebag. He knows
    nothing about anything but he BSed his way through life without ending up a
    bum on the street, so he thinks he is deep thinker with brilliant wisdom,
    which he shows by saying the word “actually” and “man” a lot. He knows
    nothing and the people who love him know even less, but they all think they
    have it down. Whether you like it or not, the vegan diet is the healthiest
    diet on the planet, if you deny this basic fact, well, then you are in
    denial. Simple as that.

  5. Just because we CAN consume certain things does not mean that we SHOULD.
    Yes, humans have adapted to use tools. Does that mean our bodies have
    biologically adapted? Are we biologically adapted to be 30,000 feet in the
    air? Yet people still fly planes. Are we biologically adapted to withstand
    radiation? Yet we still use it. The fact that humans do not have claws and
    fangs and 99% of people are biologically adapted to get their food from
    grocery stores is quite telling.
