  2. I prefer a high carb (350), low fat (30-70 grams) vegan diet…. I don’t know if it is healthy, but it works for me. I am mostly a cardio guy who does calisthenics frequently and I weigh 188lbs at 5’8. (working out 4 years strong)

  5. I have a friend who is on a keto type of diet right now. She’s lost a ton of weight but her cholesterol is through the roof. She says her high cholesterol is just genetic and was bound to get high eventually… I honestly don’t know how she didn’t put two and two together and realized it was 100% because of her current diet. She had normal cholesterol before starting this keto diet. O well…
