I’ve been avoiding animal products for some time,especially meat, but always put cheese in my rice and beans. I’m going to stop, gonna try avocado instead.   3. What do you think about this supposed “re-labeling” of eggs as healthy? Many keto-dieters are praising it. The keto diet itself sounds compelling, or at least many doctors and practitioners of the diet make compelling arguments and know a lot about biology, but being the skeptic I am, I just can’t understand how eating high fats and meats is plausible for health, despite so many people claiming their health issues decreased or completely disappeared.
