  1. So cool! Thanks for sharing your heart with the world! I hope you’re doing
great and your heart will keep beating so well for many many years to come
    :)

  2. Whoa! I had open heart surgery to have a benign tumour cut off my left
atria, and this IS HOW IT LOOKED!!! Cool!

  3. I asked my surgeon and he said he would try his best..I gave him my camera
and showed him how to do the video setting..and when I woke up i had it!

  4. Your heart looks like it has a strong beat, which is obviously helpful
lol!! I hope you’re feeling well. Take Care

  5. Haha, that’s awesome!
I had the same exact procedure done just 5 weeks ago by the same doctor
(and, I agree, he is wonderful) 🙂 I was wondering after the surgery what
it looked like, and now I see! I hope you’re doing well!

  6. I have a question. I’m about to get open heart surgery to fix a hole in my
heart. They will be going under my breasts. I’m extremely terrified of
this… I’ll have to be put on a bypass machine. did they put you on one
    too?

    1. they did, I was on heart and lung bypass machine. I would try not to be
nervous for it, they did re route the blood into the main artery in my leg.
so i have a small scar there too. the only thing that I have noticed since
the surgery is my ribs did not go back to their normal spot. after the rib
spreader. and that has caused minor pain since the surgery but that
probably won’t happen to you! good luck I am sure it will go great!
