      Calisthenic is a great way to work out but it’s not interesting for most of
      us

      I don’t follow fitness, but there are loads more examples!

      will have social pressure to stop eating meat then and more vegan-only
      establishments will be popping up and therefore increasing the pressure. :)

    1. they probably consume honey and eggs because they dont contribute to the
      DEATH of an animal (since you aren’t actually eating chickens or bees)

      in other words, they are discount vegans

  3. VG what is your advice on recovering from a knee sprain? I’m having trouble
    bending my knee stretching so my heel can touch my glutes standing up. How
    do I get rid of the remaining swollen muscle that is painless as I’ve been
    icing it for weeks already and the swelling hasn’t reduced. Is it permanent
    damage?

    1. +Daniel Taylor It’s not strange when talking about health issues and those
      doctors/specialists still recommend animal product consumption as animal
      products are without a reasonable doubt unhealthy and cause inflammation
      for wounds to result being worse. Understand?

    2. +Daniel Taylor Nutrition impacts all forms of injuries in the human body.
      You are what you consume and whether we ingest animal protein or plant
      protein, it impacts the amount of time for injuries to heal. Animal
      products cause more inflammation to develop and longer recovery times, and
      plant products cause less inflammation and quicker recovery times. So, I’m
      going to stick with the science on this one and listen to only vegan
      specialists, mate.

    3. +ImDemonWolf if you’ve completely torn a cruciate ligament or a part of the
      meniscus that lacks a blood supply you can eat however you like until the
      end of time and it will remain torn. You don’t have to sell me the benefits
      of a plant based diet but you need to understand that your body can’t
      synthesise collagen between two parts of a structure that aren’t in contact
      with each other. We are humans, not supermen. Go with the science as you
      said and eat a vegan diet whilst seeking the advice of a well regarded
      physio. Or don’t. Just advice…. from a vegan

  4. That doesnt make sense. Omar films there all the time with the owner in
    some of his videos. Either he is butt hurt about your vegan videos, or Omar
    told/suggested to him not to let you film.

  6. shoot videos with your phone. your problem is that you want to take a
    portion of the gym and turn it into a studio with all your high end
    equipment. get real buddy

    1. This is the real answer, we don’t want professional shooted videos from the
      gym, phone videos are enough just to show your progress. Plus you won’t
      annoy the other gym members with tripods, lights and other equipment.

    1. bunsipod my guess is Sean has seen the response VG’s videos gets, and
      doesn’t think it would be good publicity like Omar provides.

    2. +deathpresent101 also possible, or maybe he doesn’t want so many people
      starting channels there. Omar has not been filming gym footage as often
      either.
