Stan Efferding is an IFBB pro bodybuilder and a very accomplished record holding powerlifter but he isn't well informed when it comes to nutrition. He believes fatty animal foods like red meat and milk boost testosterone levels, get you jacked, and don't contribute to heart disease.

    1. I bet vegan gains arteries are more clogged than any guy who eats meat,
dairy, and works out on a daily basis.

    1. +Vegan Gains Father Definitely. This is why I make it clear to flirt with
      the cutest girls possible first.

  1. Stan is PRO bodybuilder. TOP CLASS powerlifter and also rich and successful
businessman. who are you? Fucking joke.. LOL

    1. Ummm, Stan also claims he got bigger because of meat and dairy, BUT, he
doesn’t mention anything about steroids, GH, interesting.

      lol

    2. the pain16 hours agoi dont get the big deal if he is on steroids, like
really so what? yall act as if you’re exposing him..

Yes, but Stan is claiming that he got bigger b/c of meat and dairy, when in
fact, he omits the one very thing that made him so big, STEROIDS and GH.

  2. I’ve never heard of him until now but the more he talked, the more I felt
    bad for his arteries lol.
I wish he used facts rather than people around him to back his claims up.

    1. You have no idea who you are talking about. Stan is the smartest guy in the
game and cites all kinds of research. But by all means, take Vegan Gains
      word for it.

  3. Vegan Gains: Im a meat/milk/egg/fish eater. But I kinda want to try to go
vegan due to health and moral reasons. But as a student, im concerned on
economic aspect, protein, and how boring it is to eat vegan food. Yes Im
ignorant. But to bodybuild, keep costs low and actually enjoy the food
seems like a hard thing to do as a vegan. You should make a “vegan
bodybuilding for dummies” with step by step tutorial/guide to make it work.
Thanks for your information and work.

    1. Costs? Dude, meat is expensive as hell these days. Rice, pasta, tomatoes,
leafy greens, vegetables, beans all together are cheaper than a pound of
      flesh.
Oats, bananas, peaches, pears, grapes, dates…………….
      Come on man. 🙂

  4. Are people really listening to a random dude riding in a car talking about
nutrition? He didn’t really go into any research, he just gave anecdotal
evidence. Hopefully no one takes his recommendations. Everyone should
    research for themselves.

    1. +Comrade Sanders What is anecdotal about the evidence besides you just
using the word anecdotal? Please prove top doctors such as Dr. Greger, Kim
A Williams, ect wrong. Go to nutritionfacts.org for the science behind, he
goes over every study and shows which are biased and which are legit from
      experts and scientific truths.

  5. If milk, eggs, meat and animal products would increase your test levels and
transform you into a jacked mofo, why are most ppl who are eating such kind
of diets are fat and unhealthy? …

    1. They didn’t consume enough, if they had eaten more of it, all the fat would
turn in to muscle in 6 months on the farm.

    1. Me too! it’s been a year now. And i can say i feel better then ever, my
strength increased, no more mood swing and best of all my endurance is so
      much better now.

  6. lol efferding is really brainwashed on that meathead diet. He reminds me of
that dumbo egg looking dude who had the egg obsession and said fruit is
    useless sugar.

    1. Good job. Now let me know what education you have and how you help the
world. It is unfortunate to be 230 lbs without a brain. Can you send us a
picture of you at 230 buddy. Use imggur. We are all interested

    1. Am bookmarking this comment o get a laugh when am going through depressing
time in the future. You never know in life. Always bookmark hilarious
      comments for the future. Peace.

    2. +Milton Perez Again, if he’s truly 6% bf year round, he must be on
steroids, in order to maintain test levels normal.

  7. I grew up eating a block of butter for breakfast and raw beef tartare for
dinner every single day. I ate too much olive oil and got heart
complications, stay away from unhealthy fats!!!!

    1. Brain. We couldn’t keep that high energy consuming organ just with fruits
and plants. Meat was important for less food consumption and more social
work. People aren’t evolved to survive with their bodies but with their
      brain.

Nothing is pre-designed in nature. We always can change our way of life and
evolve into something else. If we need more muscle and less brain we can
evolve through natural selection into some kind of gorillas.

    2. “We anatomically are herbivores. Here some basic reasons why:
We can’t fucking hunt with our own body
We don’t eat raw flesh (if we did we would die, even you should know that)
      We don’t have claws
      We have long instestines
We don’t salivate for dead animals”

We are anatomically omnivorous. Here’s some basic reasons:
      1. We can hunt with our own body. Our ancestories i.e used technique called
persistence hunting. Even todays primitive tribes using it successfully
      2. What a bullshit. “We would die”? So what are tatar eaters? Zombies?
Janapese eat a lot of sushi so They should perish from planet long ago.
      3. Because that’s how evolution works. We don’t have claws in modern times,
because we don’t need it. Our body is adopting to environment we’re living
      in.
      4. “We have long intestines”? That’s the most stupid thing I’ve heard from
a long time. Human have intestines that are about 4-6m long. In comparision
cow have 40m of intestines. So how’s human intestines long? Moreover cows
and other herbivores have usually double chamber stomachs for better
absorption of nutrients found in plants like phytate or celulose which
humans cannot digest (becouse we don’t have fucking double chamber stomachs
like proper herbivores to make fermentation process).
      5. If we’re at double chamber stomachs there another thing. Every
herbivores producing vitamin B12 on their own (bacteria in their stomachs).
Humans cannot and therefore must deliver it from outside – like omnivores
      6. We don’t salivate for dead animals? I don’t know about You but I don’t
salivate for ear of grain either. Or for raw potato. Likely You don’t know,
but human ancestories were also scavengers for some time of history.
We simply salivate because we have mechanisms in our brain that recognize
foods we’re accustomed to eat and prepare stomach acids to digest. In
modern times we don’t need to eat raw, dead animals so our brains don’t
recognize it as direct meal prepared in the way we use to eat it. Of course
there were and are tribes that ate raw meat. Heck, there were even tribes
of cannibals. So this is just yours lack of understanding of ours
biological mechanisms rather than valuable point.

That’s real biological facts, not your petty whining.

    3. “You’re making baseless claims. Every aspect of our physiology suggests
we are herbivorous animals adapted to eat a fruit based diet. Name one
single adaptation we have made to eat meat.”
We eat it today and ate it for centuries.
Not every aspect of our physiology suggests we are herbivorious. For
example herbivorous don’t need to deliver vitamin B12 from the outside,
because they make it in their body. We don’t have long enought intestines
nor proper multi chambered stomachs to get the most of plant based foods.
We don’t have enzymes to completely digest whole plant nutrients. We have
pretty inefficient transformation mechanism from plant based short-chained
      ALA to long-chained EPA/DHA acids.
So we are not really adapted to beeing proper herbivorous. Vegans rely
heavily on modern civilization to fix these disadvantages – not on their
      natural adaptation features.

    4. “I do not know that olives have in America , try to buy extra virgin
olive oil and European Italian if you can take it all the better, is the
butter that hurts and certainly not the olive oil.”

You’re totally wrong. Butter is the healthiest fats out there. The butter
acid in it has healing properties especially on intestinal villi. It’s
medium-chained saturated fat so You don’t need liver bile to digest it –
therefore it’s easy to digest. There are even succesfull attempts in
including butter as a part of therapy in ulcerative colitis.

    5. a carb is a carbon and hydrogen molecule, fat is exactly the same but the
structure is different and it is actually more efficient and less wasteful
for the body to get its energy from fat rather than from carbs. so you cant
just say the body runs on carbs as that makes no sense at all. Ketogenic
diets have been proven to reduce seizes and beat cancer.

  8. I hate when people speak on things they know nothing about. Stan, it is
clear you know NOTHING about a women’s menstrual cycle. MANY factors and I
mean MANY factors affect the regularity of your menstrual cycle. Stress,
weather..yes weather, environment, genetics and even mental health.

  9. Well, Stan’s sharing his own experiences. I don’t see why he would want to
lie. However, I agree that this kind of diet is not healthy.

    1. Vegan gains twisted Stan efferdings video so much. He clearly said at the
beginning that this is just his experiences and what you do with his info
is up to you. Stan admits to steroids and speaks about it in his other
      rants….

  10. I swear this is the same video every time, he just replaces one person
saying stupid stuff with another lol 😅
