    In 30:43 , it says in the graph that vegan females have higher chances of developing cancer etc than vegetarian females, when it is reversed for men.Why is that?

    1. The vegan women in the study had some lifestyle difference compared to vegan men that increased their disease risk. The study doesn’t specify what it could be but it might be something like low b12 status causing this.

    I think we could thrive in a low fat high fruit raw vegan diet…

    1. These are anecdotal examples and they have modern luxuries like having access to pretty much any foods they want all year round along with blenders and juicers. The few population studies that exist on raw foodists show that raw foodists typically are undernourished, under weight, and women even become infertile at a younger age.

    2. One could do raw vegan diets in so many ways… Like including oils, lot of nuts and seeds, dehidrated foods, etc. These successful people are mostly fruitarians and low fat no oils no dehidrated foods. The science should study them, the successful ones, not the ones unsuccessful. It is like I take a vegan that eats vegan pizza and has diabetes and I say vegan diets does not work. I would study the people who are successful and then we can speak about how is a proper vegan diet or a proper raw food diet. That diet is called the 80/10/10 diet or they do similar. And some of the list do not use blenders neither juicers like Loren Lockman.
