Vegan Gains Natty Or Not?

I've recently made some big strength gains and I'm hitting PR's every week in the gym. Is it just hard work paying off or am I on gear?

  1. i started watching your vids 1-2 weeks ago, i am starting to eat healthier
by watching what i eat ,, but i think its impossible for me to turn into a
vegan or vegetarian due to it being so inconvenient, for example fastfood
places where you just want to pick up something fast that fills you up i’d
just go for some burger ,, but at least i changed something

    1. +Fredz Highmore its hard especially when you;re in college,.. my schedule
is packed and i rarely have time to prep meals myself

    2. dude just dont change, live the life you want to live and dont force
      yourself into anything.
You are obviously easily convincable, you shouldnt watch vegan gains. he
has the ability to turn easily convincable and dumb people into believing
      crap.

    1. haha wow, both of those points are not only completely false but so, so
ridiculous. higher estrogen/lower sperm count? no. what *is* a fact is that
eating meat leads to atherosclerosis, for which one of the earliest warning
signs is erectile dysfunction. this is because once arterial plaque begins
to accumulate, the smallest blood vessels become affected more before the
larger arteries. so you’ll see total blockage to areas of blood flow, like
not being able to get it up, which is simply one red flag before a heart
attack or stroke. funnily enough, this can lead to actual impotence. so you
should use nutritionfacts.org and pubmed to get some actual factual
information on the health benefits of veganism instead of going solely on
what you hear on BuzzFeed and DailyMail. they’re usually articles that link
back to being funded by the Weston A. Price foundation anyway.

    2. and it’s absolutely not harder to get enough calories and protein. if
you’re eating enough calories, you’re getting enough protein. balance your
diet with grains, healthy fats, and protein, and you’ll have a healthy
      diet. the proven healthiest, actually.

    1. if youre over 200 pounds, unless youre wearing a poncho, you can tell youre
a bodybuilder or at least lift in pretty much anything.

    2. +Cameron Kuhne go watch a amateur and natural bb show. They all are quite
thin. They cant be big and lean at the same time.

  2. Haaaa hahahahaha… you do know you could get just as injured doing weight
training? Especially since it sounds like you are lifting more weight. I
would say that is far more dangerous than a few rolls on the mat. Just tap
early. No shame in that. Gut out chokes, but save your limbs kid! A heavy
bench could tear a pec or shoulder with bench. Careful. They are all
    dangerous activities.

  3. HAHAHA dont flatter yourself, ur gains are not even up to par with average
lifters… u do not look like ur on steroids nor do u look like u lift.. u
look like a casual gym goer

    1. Come on 100lbs on shoulder dumbbell press and even 225 bench is pretty
strong, it’s not weak at least.

But I forgot it’s YouTube where everyone reps 315 to warmup.

    2. +Matt G when did i say i rep 315 as warm up? if i can do 315 id be more
than happy, my max is 280.. and i did not call him weak, i told him that he
shouldnt flatter himself because he isnt that strong so people think hes on
steroids nor does he look like he does them

  4. Hey Vegan Gains, you said you take in about 160 to 180 grams of protein,
but doesn’t the ADA recommend about 1.5 to 1.7 grams per kg of bodyweight?
So wouldn’t you be eating over that for your body weight? I thought eating
excess protein would be harmful for your liver and kidneys.

  5. i think vegan gains is on steroids and he’s lying. remember kids, steroid
users suffer from delusions and will deny all accusations. if durianrider
is on steroids then so is vegan gains

  6. congrats on hitting those new PRs its just the result of hard work. been
through it myself and it feels amazing.

  7. vegan neckfat on fleek. bro your a scamartist you dont train at all your
fucking tiny with neckfat on a god damn vegan diet. Your biggest gains are
your head and eyebrows god damn. Kill youself pls. Change your name to
    Vegan Neck fat already FFS

  8. your videos have gotten so much better content wise in the last few months
but your comment section is still fucking poison lol
