  1. Vegan Gains, do a response to Piers Morgan. He’s said in the past that hunting is terrible to a hunter guest he had on the show and now he’s on Twitter slandering vegans.

  2. “I’m building so much muscle in fact, that people cant tell which one, Jasmine or myself, is the male in this relationship”. 0:35

    1. johnny roe he’s providing for a person that could easily do it herself or at least contribute that sits around all day rotting in a chair playing video games

    2. ㅤღنورღ ㅤ She’s rather hardworking, didn’t you notice that she filmed this entire video which you just watched herself?

  3. You should get better gym clothes, I always feel uncomfortable whenever I wear something baggy in the gym, your clothes is oversized, it’s the little things sometimes that help with getting new prs. Also show off all that hard work u put in ????????????

    1. Kevin Hodge’s Profile Yes. This. Haha. I’m glad someone else noticed the 115lb gym shark kids with the XS shirts. ????

    2. Kevin Hodge’s Profile no one said anything about gymshark, what’s the point of being huge if you can’t notice it under your clothes. Doesn’t need to be skin tight, but his sleeves covered his entire biceps

    3. Andres Cruz you don’t need to show it off. Are you that desperate for attention that you go to the gym to show off your muscles with tight clothes?

    4. Adam Craig no one said anything about showing off your muscles in the gym bud , u don’t need to if u don’t want to, vegan gains is famous, it’s his brand, thousands of people watch him, it’s my opinion that showing his progress and muscles would be beneficial to his channel, it would be awesome for vegan gains to get huge, and prove all the retards wrong that think u need to eat meat to be huge, therefore showing alittle more of his physique would be nice , once again my opinion lol

  4. Seriously? The title is weight loss – the video is a gym workout. Absolutely nothing related to weight loss, total clickbait for new years resolution people. weight loss is ONLY via caloric deficiency. Vegetable Police at least is honest about his titles.

    1. Weight loss is not only via caloric deficiency moron. Cardio can burn calories which will aid in weight loss you cuck

    2. Steve M caloric deficits can also be created by exercising more, a larger deficit can be created by exercising on top of your diet.

    3. RegmPL – I agree. exercise burns more. but this needs to be through draining muscles of stored ATP. Which then leads those same muscles to demand more blood glucose in order to manufacture more ATP. Vegan Gains workout is high volume, attempting to make ‘gains’ meaning increase in size after repair. Not to drain the ATP.

  5. “What surprised me is how muscle I am putting on” is only possible in a caloric surplus. Vegan Gains, you place yourself as an expert with “Worst of the Fitness Industry” videos yet believe and make statements like this. People follow your fitness advice so use some actual research here, like you require those you criticize.

    1. abmo32 a newbie can increase muscle mass gains faster than a 3rd year+ serious weight trainer, yes. a newbie gaining muscle while in a caloric deficit, no. a newbie making functional gains like increase in grip strength, possibly.
