  1. Gains, try an electric pressure cooker for the beans. That should kill the lectins that are causing digestive upset. Then you can increase your protein without issues.

    2. lectins are actually good, they have some pretty powerful anti-cancer properties in vitro.
      the digestive issues from beans tend to come from the naturally occuring sugars oligosacharides and also the fact that they are very probiotic much like cruciferous vegetables.

    3. Hmmm, side effects of not getting protein from meat but weird vegetable sources supposed to be consumed in small amounts. But I guess it’s worth it to not kill animals. Walking around. Bloated. Farting. Sick. Anemic.

  4. Everything you said about HIIT cardio and LISS cardio is backwards. Almost all modern research has shown that HIIT is better at preserving muscle and losing fat.

    1. search4wisdom when you are in a caloric defecit steady cardio is more beneficial than HIT cardio. HIT supports better muscle development when you are bulking
