  1. Could I see the sources that you got the information from that eggs aren’t
    healthy? I’ve stopped eating eggs because of you and my father asked why.

    1. Just by looking at him you can tell he doesn’t. He probably claims that
      from taking a simple skin fold test which isn’t accurate. If he got a dexa
      scan he’d be around 10% give or take.

    2. +The Color Out of Space 2% would cause massive hormone problems. that’s why
      lying to people and saying you are, will encourage people to do the same.

    1. Love your channel! It’s important to make men realize what is healthy and
      ideal as far as body fat. So many of my male friends want like 4% body fat.
      My big wants to look like a dragon ball a character and I don’t get it
      because it isn’t pleasant to make love to a rock. You’re really helping men
      out there. Keep up the good work and making those VEGAN GAINS.

    1. Better ignored really – I do not follow his channel, but just took a quick
      look – talk about an exaggerated ego on a man… for all of Richard’s
      faults, it looks to me like he is trying to reform himself, calm down &
      mature. DR is an out of control ego-trip… I personally find him creepy &
      he has a dangerous manic energy about him, along with insulting Richard’s
      girlfriend & projecting onto the relationship, his own ego-maniacal
      bullshit about Richard secretly desiring a girl like Freelee? I suppose it
      has crude entertainment value, but those high priests of YouTube veganism
      need to be defrocked.

      explains that “at 90%body fat your vision is diminished due the fat folding
      up and blocking your field of vision during the 180-360 degree phase of the
      Bulgarian Tumble Roll”

    1. complete plant proteins (when skin is damaged complete proteins will help
      heal the skin and get it back to normal faster), drink water (but not too
      much can become toxic), exfoliate the problem areas with a rough clean
      flannel everyday, use pure Aloe Vera on the problem areas (best one is Aloe
      Pura Organic Aloe Vera Gel) , eat a variety of whole foods plant based
      diet, drink wholedrinks like fruit juice which is hasnt been messed with
      like nothing added to it or nothing taken away from it, exercise, use a
      steam room or saunas it all helps be patient or like Lainey Marie said
      surgery go speak to your doctor about it

      Surgery would nice and easy but it’s pretty pricey.

  3. This scan is supposed to be very accurate, but just after watching a few
    Youtube videos of people getting the DXA scan, I think the measurements
    could vary a lot from location to location (instrument and user/technician
    variability)…someone needs to do a video where they get scanned at 3
    separate DXA locations within a few days – same day would be best. I saw
    Steve Cook do a scan and he is kind of pre-dieting, coming off a bulk, did
    a first scan to compare with after his cut and it said he was 11.5%…this
    guy that got 10.8% is way way way leaner at the moment. Yes, people store
    fat differently in different locations but I’m still skeptical about the
    accuracy of any method…not that it matters anyway, all that matters is
    how you look and feel.

    1. Also, anecdotally I believe the guy that owned the business where Steve got
      scanned said the lowest they had measured on their machines was 5.6% or
      something close to that and it was a bodybuilder pre-show, striated glutes,
      death face and all that

    2. It’s also worth mentioning HOW body fat is measured matters. Steve Cook
      said in that video that DEXA had him at 11.5% and the dunk method had him
      at 8.5%(if I remember right.) So it’s possible those people claiming ‘sub’
      5% body fat are just using another method to measure body fat that skews
      the number low compared to DEXA.

    everyone elses life and not focusing on your own.

  6. I recently got a check (the guy put sth on my biceps, idk what kind of test
    that was, not a thorough one however…) and it said that I have 2% which
    really surprised me. My scale usually says that I have 8-10%. I don’t care
    at all, it’s just that I do a lot of running and cycling mainly because I
    enjoy doing that. Should I worry about having too low body fat now? xD I’m
    1,94 and weigh 64 Kilos, but I’ve always been that light lol
