    3. If you’re trying to bulk it’s pretty hard to fit all the food necessary into an 8 hour time frame if you aren’t using supplements. Sure you can eat but you won’t feel satisfied. That said, it’s the best thing ever if you’re trying to lose weight.

    1, a lot of the “what I ate today” videos you do, require you to cook, before eating. Myself, I work and need to take pack lunch with me. Do you have any recipes which are quick and easy and can be packed and eaten later in the day…and relatively high in protein? I am almost vegan, but the only thing I do is have 1 can of tuna, for lunch. I want to replace this with another vegan food, which I can make quickly.
    2, when you next do a debate, could you team up with Earthling Ed. His questioning and debating style is super slick and he’d be a great ally to have when you are up against meat eaters who think that what they are doing, is right. I’m sure he’d make some of your opponents look like imbeciles.

    1. Abu Pasha make a vegan tuna sandwich. It’s quick and really good. Google it. Bonnyrebecca also has a vegan tuna recipe with tahini instead of vegan mayo and it’s sooo good.

    2. While he does cook all the meals in this video before eating them, that does not mean they can’t be easily stored in a fridge or freezer. Basically anything your fine eating at room temperature makes a good lunch. You will need to get a container for loose foods like salads and a thermos for soups.

    3. Abu Pasha, Pre-made beans, like canned beans (no salt added) or pre-cooked lentils. Mix with pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and dark greens like arugula, watercress or some kale (can buy these already cut and pre-washed). Also instant oatmeal.

  3. Hey Richard I just wanted to say thank you for making me go vegan. When I watched the first few videos of you I felt guilty and uncomfortable for eating meat, so I stopped. After a few months I made the next step to veganism. Your arguments are really just logic and I love your humour. Keep it up!

    1. I’ve actually changed my stance on dietary intake. Cut the carbs but help yourself to unlimited fat to satiety.

  5. Not trying to be a hater, but why not find someone who loves you for who you are and isn’t always bossing you around or not returning your affection. Its like every time you show affection Jasmin appears way uncomfortable or doesn’t return your love. Find someone who loves you for who you are… idk man, just my opinion.

  6. Jasmin please wear a skirt instead of shorts from time to time. You are young and shouldn’t be ashamed to try to make yourself look a bit more feminine from time to time. The shorts really don’t suit you. Perhaps if you got girl’s shorts, okay, but the boy sports shorts really make you look frumpy.
