What I Ate Today Making Serious Gains

I've started weight training seriously again and I've added 40 pounds to my bench in only 3 weeks. I've upped my protein intake and I'm making sure I get to the gym 4 days a week.

  1. Yo you’re such an inspiration bro. I really appreciate your dietary
choices. I fucking quit supporting Leafy after the video you made on him.
You’re a very intelligent man and made me think twice about certain people
I’ve been watching AND about the things I eat. You’re awesome. I’m
    officially going Vegan.

  2. Do you squat heavy or even at all after all your knee injuries? I recently
tore my meniscus quite badly, any tips on how I should deal with it in the
    gym?

    1. I had a couple of meniscus tears. And had surgery on both. See if you need
surgery first. I had to get it done in order to get better. I worked with a
personal trainer. It’s important to strengthen your abs, glutes and
hamstrings and get them activated prior to working out. I started squats
with light weights and smith rack and then worked my way up to barbell.
      Also warm up every time.

    2. It’s definitely a good idea to strengthen your glutes and hamstrings,
because post-op it’s more likely to have problems with knee extension
rather than knee flexion. That means you’ll have a less painful time
training hamstrings and glutes than quads. When I first started to work up
to quad work again, I started with Bulgarian split squats until I felt my
quads were strong enough to squat again.

  3. Vegan Gains, are you going to make a video about that vet from Pakistan
that was abusing animals in St Catharines, recently?

  4. bro how do you eat so much lol, that’s like twice as much as I eat in a day
and I’m no small dude. That morning poop probaly wasn’t the only poop you
had. And that oatmeal you made up looks good unlike all the other boring
oatmeal breakfast vegan YouTubers be eating. I might have to steal your
oatmeal recipe for my channel lol

    1. try high carb diabetic’s oatmeal, it’s also pretty interesting
he adds turmeric with it, which as we all should know by now is very good
      for metabolism, antioxidants etc.
