    1. It’s already been two minutes for me; I’m just scrolling through the
comments to see if anybody said anything about this lasting throughout the
duration of the video haha XD.

    2. it’s a very subtle joke. He is making fun of his current enemy, Home Grown
Big, who speaks in a boring and monotone way.

    1. It piss, it legacy carrying, it raving, it drug abusing, it tanning, it
bleaching, it steroid injecting, it mushroom inhaling, it spiritually
dumping, it anal fucking, it Aesthetic era worshipping, it vegan gaining

  1. It’s hard to be vegan but because of your videos I don’t eat chicken or
meat anymore. I’ve reduced fish consumption to once a week and I’m trying
to give it up but it’s tough. So many products are made with milk and eggs
    it sucks.

    1. Now and Because just stop… literally just stop eating it. if you think
its wrong then listen to that feeling and be reminded of it whenever you
look at an animal product. its harder to give up milk because you get
addicted to the hormones in it, but once you cut it out and stop eating
these foods for a few months, you wont crave/want any of it. all vegans
      have been there.

    2. It’s tough because your body was in a way addicted to animal products, so
the more you continue to reduce the more the cravings will go down. Be sure
you eat enough calories, you should eat more volume of food if its plant
based or you will find those cravings coming back otherwise

    3. +Chickenless Milk is literally worse for your health than meat is LOL. Its
literally ALL saturated fat, and more so if you eat cheese.

  2. Richard. I know now eggs and dairy are bad for us, I agree. But why did be
believe for so long it was healthy for us? How did it start, what
scientific reason did they say in the past to “support” this?

    1. Most people are just ignorant and have lived ignorant for most of their
lives and had parents that died ignorant. These people don’t know the
difference between the accuracy of two conflicting studies and just do what
everyone else is doing. This is all before bias and since it makes more $
      to sell animal products.

    2. Girls scavanged for mushrooms plants and nuts while men hunted. Meat was
related to being healthy and strong like hunters, and that’s how it started

  3. You’re right that cholesterol is only found in animal products, but some
plants have saturated fats. Minor point. I’m guessing you just misspoke.

    1. Andrew Clancy

I think he did not mis-speak but most mis-heard.

He said they are the only Foods to contain both together. Well, that was
the way it was worded. At least that’s what I got from it

    2. Yes but the amount of plants species that contains saturated fat is
literally nothing compared to animals, which are the main and primary
      source of saturated fat acids.

    1. Same here man. The 30 eggs a day principle is something I follow closely. I
      don’t even know what a PLANT is. I’m a HEALTHY MAN. I am 5’2, 300 pounds,
and I’M HAPPY WITH MY BODY. I’ve only had 4 heart attacks!

    2. +Dylan Lenn don’t forget that it needs to be blessed by a shaman as well.
That’s the most important part most people miss.

    3. FlammablePaper You’re not as healthy as me. I am 4’3, I weigh 700 pounds
and I survive on 100 gallons of cows milk everyday.

    1. +Silva Gorilla your talking in absolutes. 100 grams of glucose gel and 100
grams of carbs acquired from lentils are not going to elicit the same
hormonal response. You don’t need to give a rat cancer to know that. Think
a pack of bacon or an avocado? A whole foods natural diet is not cancer
causing regardless of its carbohydrate content. Nobody needs a low carb
diet to prevent cancer. That’s a selfish first world luxury. Ketosis lacks
the hormonal benefits of absolute fasting such as decreased igf1, increased
hgh etc making this the preferable option anyway. They find that treatment
for some cancers are much more successful when patients are fasting due to
hormonal changes and, as you say, lower levels of circulating glucose. That
doesn’t mean a low carb diet is essential for longevity and disease
prevention . Nephropathy and heart disease are complications associated
with consumption of animal protein and dairy products. You have to walk the
middle road instead of attempting to rule out one disease whilst
potentiating susceptibility to another. Your not wrong in what you are
saying but you are suffering from confirmation bias by drawing further
      conclusions that don’t relate.

    1. Researchers themselves say they’re healthy. Trust them over this uneducated
failure who’s been living with his mum for the past 20+ years of his life.

    2. Grim Reaper Yeah, what researchers? Those funded by the egg industry? Nah,
people don’t need to eat eggs, and we can get along just fine without them.
What I like about VG is that he cites his sources, unlike you.

  4. Another great video, Richard! Your tone is soothing and very engaging. 😆
The vid reminds me of when I first went vegan and my mom told me I needed
    the cholesterol in eggs. *sigh*

    1. Luna Lawliet My mom actually never liked eggs, lol luckily. I am italian,
so naturally I love pasta and I had to tell her to stop putting meat in my
tomato sauce when I first went vegan way back when i was teen lol. Not that
hard to cut out of your diet just one less expense to add to the grocery
      cart 🙂

    1. Yes, everything. I have been feeling so sad all the time. I think its the
food I’m putting in my body. Cannot wait for change. I’ll check the website
      out
