    1. SLY i do it until they say not to.. then i just sneak and do it.. better
not to ask so you can get some type of footage.. at one gym (crunch) they
never say anything to me.. ill wear a go pro on a head strap and run on the
treadmill.. check my channel for proof…planet fitness it depends on who
      is working..

    2. I wanted to get some gym footage too, but I’ll probably need a tripod and
it’s gonna be pretty obvious. Plus, germans are crazy with their bureaucracy

    1. +CanadianAsiandude And he doesn’t, you have a point. He’s too young to be
in a gym lifting. Although he’s not too young to lift food into his mouth.

    2. +frblaze2 ok so then where is your proof controlled tng’s cause injury? Lol
I’ve tng 510lbs for 4 shouldn’t I have been injured by now? Your just
      blurting bullshit for no reason

    3. +Samurai Squat there is no proof, just that TNG = no reset = as the reps go
on your forms breaks down more and more without you realizing leading to
the infamous back cramps and pains some people might feel, especially when
      the weight gets high

I don’t know I mean I drink 40000000 cups of coffee per day, and have never
had any heart issues… if drinking 40000000 cups of coffee per day was
bad, wouldn’t have I had heart issues?

    4. +frblaze2 lmfao oh so here’s the flaw in your logic friend, you know you
can stop before going to failure right? Another flaw in your little
paragraph is too much coffee is shown to have ill affects lol tng doesn’t.

  1. Not to hate but I’m 150 lbs and have been training for not even a year and
a half and can pull 415. That veganism ain’t for strength brah
