  2. Richard, could you make a video on cordisol levels and weight loss? I have
    been trying to get a grasp on the subject for months but does not get any
    wiser. If you could just explain what it is and if it affects weightloss
    and how? :)

  3. hey Richard, dont know if you will read this but ill try anyway. Can you
    make a video about vitamins in vegetables and vitamin supplements I get a
    lot of wrong information about this topic lately on tv as wel as in some
    documentaries some poeple claim you can take as many as you want and some
    poeple claim you should never even touch vitamin suplements. also in the
    documentary food matters they claim the vitamins in vegetables are no
    longer complete because of bad vertilization and total depletion of the
    ground. anyway I hope you read this and maybe you can shed some light on
    this subject.

    1. Organic veggies is also a scam, why pay double when they proberly spray
      them anyways lol, they gotta protect there $$$. also the little amount that
      is on the veggies isnt harmful to us and we boil them anyways killing off
      most of it.

    3. +The Dog’s Bollocks! I grow my own veggies and sell them to neighbors as
      well. I don’t spray anything at all and they taste millions of times better
      than store bought.
