    healthy as long as they are grass fed or some other bs. He is infuencing a
    lot of people making them think animal products are good.

    1. Home Grown Big has actual qualifications in science and nutrition. Vegan
      Gains only has a high school education as well as a knack for cherry
      picking information. You vegan morons exemplify compensation bias
      perfectly. 82% of Vegans quit the diet for a reason. A large number of them
      suffer from deficiencies and health problems which you guys pretend do not
      exist. You instead accuse them of never being vegans.

      orange, mint, etc)

  2. “Listen to your body.” The only times that applies is if you have an
    injury, need to sleep or use the toilet. Just because you’re craving
    something doesn’t mean you’re deficient in it. Eg most people crave junk
    food now and then, it doesn’t mean they are deficient in junk food or that
    they would substantially benefit from eating it just because they felt like
    it. And from a psychological point of view food cravings can be delt with
    by eating foods with similar taste, texture, micronutrient content. And
    there are always vegan alternatives.

      eat at least a couple every day, my body tells me I need them brownie
      nutrients

    2. I think I have a coffee deficiency because every morning I wake up and my
      body is telling me that’s what I need and then once I drink coffee I feel
      better instantly!

    trying to undermine veganism. Keep it up Richard 💪

    1. People are not trying to undermine veganism, they have legitimate concerns.
      There must be a reason why over 80% leave the vegan diet. I added a little
      bit of fish a few weeks ago and feel much better. Maybe I’ll die of a heart
      attack in 30 years, however, in the meantime, I feel so much better. We
      have to address why so many people feel like crap on a vegan diet and
      leave. People do not leave the diet who feel amazing.

    2. It all depends on what they are eating while vegan. Bad nutrition choices
      hurt you no matter if they are vegan or not. Mot of the time people that
      feel bad on a vegan diet are making poor nutrition choices. Just because
      it’s vegan doesn’t mean people have to eat it. Then you hear people whining
      about the vegan diet making them feel bad and really they are just eating
      poorly. That gives veganism a bad reputation that it doesn’t deserve.
      People can think what they want, but all that matters at the end of the day
      is the 100% fact that you can be healthy and feel phenomenal while on a
      vegan diet.

      nutritionally complete vegan diets recommended by Registered Dieticians and

      certain health problems).

      the world is that properly planned vegan diets are healthy and
      nutritionally complete. This includes the Academy of Nutrition and
      Dietetics, the United States’ largest organization of food and nutrition
      professionals, which represents over 100,000 credentialed
      practitioners—registered dietitian nutritionists, dietetic technicians,
      registered, and other dietetics professionals holding undergraduate and
      advanced degrees.
