  1. Isn’t High Blood Pressure from Plaque build in the arteries which make the
    lining smaller which increases the pressure so all these little tricks to
    relax the artery walls will temporary lower the pressure so cleaning out
    the arteries the best way to fix the real issue?

    1. +Imran92693 I asked my Doctor and was told it’s arteries slowly clogging up
      like a drain pipe getting build up on the pipes till in will not drain.

    2. right, that would be the peripheral resistance. I mean it definitely makes
      sense logically. But why is it happening in the first place? I have been
      diagnosed with hypertension since I was in high school, but the odd thing
      is that it would always be normal outside of the doctor’s office. So
      clearly there is also a psychosomatic component related to stress/anxiety,
      etc. Anyways, long story short I think the practical things to do are
      healthy eating, exercise, and all the common sense things.

    exercise and take a cup of coffee because i am a hypertensive person?..tnx

    1. Gym yes excellent. Coffee NO. cause It speeds up your metabolism therefore
      high blood pressure. You know people have this belief that nicotine relaxes
      which in reality it does the contrary. Hope my advice helps.

    Consuming 1.5 g of cardamom two times per day for
    12 weeks lowered the blood pressure of people with stage one
    hypertension who participated in a study published in the “Indian
    Journal of Biochemistry and Biophysics” in December 2009. Although this
    study was small, using only 20 people, and was not placebo-controlled,
    it shows that cardamom may be beneficial for people with high blood
    pressure. Further double-blind, placebo-controlled studies are needed to
    confirm this effect.

    Magnesium Taurate:
    Both magnesium and the amino acid taurine share the ability to improve
    cardiac function; each has a potentiating effect on insulin sensitivity and
    also a calming effect on neuromuscular excitability. The actions of both
    have striking similarities when it comes to cardiovascular health. They
    both have blood pressure reducing effects, stabilize nerve cells, improve
    the contraction of the heart muscle and have an anti-thrombotic effect.7
    Additionally, low levels of vitamin B6 have been shown to further deplete
    both magnesium and taurine.

      then I was fine. now I’m on it again with this birth I had in 2016 March.
      trying to see if I can speed up getting it down naturally and off the meds
      again.

      It is borderline but I want to be safe and keep it consistently low. Garlic
      works well with the meds. I only have slightly elevated diastolic number
      but if I drop a few pounds I reckon it will disappear.

    1. No. soy sauce has a big amount of salt therefore sodium wich is bad for
      you. Try to find a kind of salt made out of vegetables. It has a drawing of

      flax seeds 🙂 you can just sprinkle the seeds on your food and it won’t
      taste like anything

      go on bike rides everyday..drink more water. try not to stress…the thing
      is tho my sleep is bad everyday for years now that dont help my blood
      pressure….

      choice but to take care of myself. I don’t know your age, but I’m 48 and by
      the way I’m a man, this is my wife’s phone. I was diagnosed diabetic and
      you know what? For a lot of people this are going to be one of the worse
      news. But strangely, I see the positive side of it. Since the doctor gave
      me the news 1 month ago, I have changed my lifestyle completely. I stopped
      drinking soda completely and although I have the right to drink a little
      diet cola I don’t do it cause I know that diet soda is as bad. The only
      thing I do when I really want a sweet drink, I press 1 lemon in 2 glasses
      of water and put splenda. I drink only 2 glasses a day of this beverage. As
      for juices I stopped drinking all of them, even orange jus, because people
      ignored it, but it’s one of the worst. It has plenty of sugar. I hope you
      are not bored by my story.

      cholesterol too. But you know what by taking care of my diabetes (eating
      well, and exercising) I will also take care of the other two because they
      are interrelated. Sadly, people that have diabetes and don’t take it
      seriously, died because one of these things. I hope I scare people out
      there, but it’s the truth, TAKE DIABETES SERIOUSLY. Or else ….

  6. Fish oil nowadays aren’t reliable because our waters are very dirty and
    polluted, so the fish swimming in those waters will most surely pass that
    on to the oils that will be extracted from the fish. There are other
    omega-3 alternatives to fish oil that are cleaner and healthier.

      medicine for low blood pressure try Nevolly Overcome BP Nerd (just google
      it ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got excellent
      results with it.

      (i found it on google) – definately the best method that I’ve seen.

  9. Thank You so much Doctor! I can actually feel my body under stress and I am
    genetically predisposed to high blood pressure and I keep jumping from
    Prehypertension to Hypertension Stage 1 and I wake up with headaches. I am
    having a hard time adjusting to college so I dont have much time to cook as
    I work and go to the University Of Florida at the same time. I end up
    eating burgers and fries, pizza, or chinese food almost every day. I will
    definetely take these supplements and will just walk daily for 20 monutes
    for now as I dont really have the motivation to full on work out.
