    1. Bladderwrack used in skin products, but is POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth. It has health benefits but also comes with some risks.

      It may contain high concentrations of iodine, which could cause or worsen some thyroid problems. Prolonged, high intake of dietary iodine is linked with goiter and increased risk of thyroid cancer.
      Like other sea plants, bladderwrack can concentrate toxic heavy metals, such as arsenic, from the water in which it lives.

      Bleeding disorders: Bladderwrack might slow blood clotting. In theory, bladderwrack might increase the risk of bruising or bleeding in people with bleeding disorders.

      Iodine allergy: Bladderwrack contains significant amounts of iodine, which could cause an allergic reaction in sensitive people.

      Irish moss also contains a significant amount of iodine. It also contains Carrageenan. This is found in most processed foods and is known to cause health problems. However, Carrageenan is the processed version but I still wouldn’t want to take the risks. I personally wouldn’t ever use either one.

      Iodine is in Strawberries and if you want seaweed just consume a small package of Seasnax. This can be purchased online or at any health food store. You will not get too much iodine from consuming just 1 package. Other species of seaweed also contain far lower amounts of iodine.

      Any of the benefits from using either Irish Seamoss or Bladderwrack can be achieved from fruits, other vegetables or other herbs with more benefits and less risks.

High quality farm Eggs are fine for a very short time frame coming from processed food, or fast food diet. However, eggs will turn to acid and may end up causing more problems down the road.

It looks as what I can tell that this B12 has magnesium stearate and stearic acid in it I urge you to research this as these two flow ingredients / fillers it has been proven although arguably that these two ingredients are not put there for the consumer but , simply a cheap way to make a tablet they cause you to lose your T cells within the first 24 hours please research this

    1. Ok, let me explain so hopefully your mindset will change and this concept can be understood.

      You seem to think you are right with your statement and that taking a B12 supplement once per week with those ingredients used for digestion is somehow going to harm my health. I am on a 100% raw food diet, with several different herbs, and my body is detoxing at a rapid rate. Our bodies are always able to detox with the right foods. I have news for you those ingredients are used for digestion of a pill which is taken ONLY once per week. So in other words it simply doesn’t matter.

      Let me further explain:

      The video was about how the amount, and type of B12 will benefit you or anyone, not about how you read 1/millionth of amount of magnesium stearate and stearic acid will somehow change my body overnight from good to horrible. Come on… seriously…. Magnesium stearate is a magnesium salt of stearic acid. Essentially, it’s a compound containing two stearic acids and magnesium. Stearic acid is a saturated fatty acid found in many foods, including animal and vegetable fats and oils. I would have to drink or consume a lot of this to create a problem in my body. Stearic acid is naturally present in many foods in far greater quantities than in supplements.

      Sadly, all too often people are worried things that are so small, yet their bodies are so acidic while they continue to consume acids on a daily basis. So meat, grains, starches, ect. are substantially more harmful to the body than the B12 capsule shown in my video. Each of those foods causes an acid hit to the body. So…. over time this will cause your body to be unable to balance it’s own PH level, hence causing (Dis-ease)…..So your comment just doesn’t make sense to me. Worry about the large things versus a tiny pill which is taken once per week and has far more benefits.

James Destroy Do research it! obviously you have not! you’re completely wrong on this! being the authority that you are I can see how you don’t want to be wrong you need to be a little more open-minded and do your research . I stay completely away from any kind of fillers anyone can make vitamins today by using these cheap flowing agents they’re very bad in your system and do not benefit you in any way with all due respect sir

    3. So…. uses of stearic acid and magnesium stearate that are sourced from vegetable oils obtained from palm and other natural sources. These ingredients are widely considered to be safe, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Also, I am against Vitamin Supplements as they don’t work and can be harmful even if they are not synthetic. It sounds like you are taking other supplements which can be obtained from foods. I am not wrong but am simply trying to educate you.

    5. Yes, capsules or pills they are normally used for digestion. It is your body and I wish you the best in the decisions you make. However, I have explained why magnesium stearate and stearic acid are not an issue, unless they are coming from larger quantities of foods.

      Beef products are the most common source of dietary stearic acid in the United States. Because beef fat is 19% stearic acid, the cholesterol-raising potential of beef is not as great as predicted by its total saturated fatty acid content…Data suggest that lean beef is no more hypercholesterolemic than chicken or fish. However, Beef is very acidic to the body and so are other animal products when anyone consumes those foods. These foods would have No bearing on a tiny B12 capsule even if magnesium stearate and stearic acid were sourced from those types of animal foods.
