    would put in it”. Then. comes out with virtually the same product.

  2. What you said about creatine is so fucking stupid it hurts.

    Richard it’s a fucking food supplement. You find it in meat. And the body
    systhesies it’s own also. What kind of “drug” test could they possibly do
    to catch people who have been supplementing it? And why would something
    automatically be banned if it gave a benefit?

    Not one of your smartest moments there that’s for sure. Jesus.

      then?

      Surely it’s in such minute amounts and isn’t in its synthetic form so they
      basically just led it slide?

    2. +Ross Catto When Vegan Gains said “if it had any real benefit it would be
      considered a drug and be banned”, he means that creatine only gives a minor
      benefit. Lots of people actually believe that creatine is the secret to
      gaining muscle or giving them a huge boost in a competition. However,
      creatine obviously isn’t that powerful which is why Vegan Gains says that
      if it were that miraculous, it would be banned. Of course there wouldn’t be
      a “drug test” for creatine because it isn’t that beneficial to any
      competition for it to be a drug. That is Richard’s point.

    1. +For the Love of Pants No, mostly I don’t. I prefer training fasted,
      especially if I train in the morning. But sometimes I eat like three hours
      before training. I get nauseous during training if I eat before I train.

      food will just sit there and only gets partially digested as the rest of
      the blood goes to the trained muscles

    1. He didn’t bash the pre workout. Besides, omar is not a big fan of pre
      workouts himself. He just wants to offer a good product, for a fair price,
      for people that do like pre’s.

  3. I’ve been trying to figure out why my blood pressure has been slightly high
    lately. I already eat a healthy, low salt diet. Creatine. Hmmm….I didn’t
    know it can cause high blood pressure. Thanks for the info!

      sincerely doubt you would be making alarmist horseshit when people consume
      a box of fries.

    causes kidney damage?

    You nees to learn how to properly research man. Examine.com has a meta
    analysis on creatine with tonnes of links to peer reviewed studies.
    Creatine is the most researched supplement out there and it does NOT cause
    kidnet damage.

      criticising a guys supplement who worked hard for it. Vegan prick needs to
      do his research.

    1. +mr Stevenson Saying he only likes the idea but wouldn’t recommend it. He’s
      honestly just overreaching in this video like saying nobody has ever won an
      Olympic medal because they took creatine. That’s not the point, we know
      supplements aren’t magic, but people like that it helps, even if it’s just
      a little. He taught his audience that diet, proper training, mobility,
      sleep,etc. trumps supplements. And just because people use caffeine doesn’t
      mean people are automatically going for maximum repetitions and going to
      burn out and get CNS fatigue.
      And he could have used a better site for his sources like Examine.com
      rather than a website that has generic links to “high carb diets” or “high
      protein diets” on the side. It’s like he just Googled “Side effects of
      creatine” rather than going to a more reputable site.

      I’m vegan and only take health supplements and creatine. I don’t even take
      preworkout, so i’m not biased against Richard.

  5. lentils/beans are the best bodybuilding food just eat a shitton of it and
    train hard you will see results guaranteed.

    1. Well, I love onions so I add a ton of them and some spices to make the
      beans taste good. On occasions you can even put in some vegan sausage, just
      not too often if you are avoiding processed foods.
