  1. Hi,I am from czech and I am 20 years. I was on heart operation. It was
second heart operation. First one was in my 17 years. It was only plastic
valve (I dont know accurate name for this in english) .But plastic of valve
failed and I had to go to second one. Second operation was 6 weeks ago and
I got mechanical valve. I didnt watch every your video ,because my english
is bad and I wouldnt understand probably. So I dont know if you have
    mechanical valve too.

  2. My question is (dreadlocks and cypres hill at the beginning of your video
say me something 🙂 ) ,if is possible smoking mariujana on mechanical valve
(I fear reaction of warfarin). After first operation I didnt take warfarin
,so I drank alcohol (maybe excessively sometimes) without problem. But now
I have to take warfarin. Do you know some way how evade warfarin ? thank
you and sorry for my bad english

  3. One month since my open heart surgery……The first week I have never felt
so much pain in my life…but if you stick with it and do what the Drs. say
to do…slowly for me every day has been easier and less pain..So Scary
though..I could do without the 8 inch scar, but you know???? It also helps
to learn how to get out of bed without putting pressure on your heart
    area….

  4. Hi there watched ur video and glad your getting better after your operation
i have the same scar as you i have had 3 major heart ops dont know if your
familiar with the name aortic stenosis? thats what iv got. im due to go and

    your keeping well… from laura

with beta blockers and keeping my heart rate between 40-70,getting better.

  7. I am on my 4th month of recovery from my December 2, 2013 – Open Heart
Surgery for Mitral Valve Repair. I am happy to have gone through the
operation since I feel better now.

  8. I’m going on 2 weeks of recovery for having my aortic valve replace and had
my aorta replaced with a graft. No more aneurysm and a new valve. On the
other hand, at two weeks, I still don’t have much energy. I sleep 8 to 10
hours at night and just woke up from an hours nap. Yesterday, I walked 2
1/2 miles, but then paid for it the rest of the day. Today, I’m going to
    take it easy.
