  3. hey ! I’m 1m75 and 63kg and around 15% bodyfat and i’m dieting (my goal is to be around 61-60 kg) i’m currently eating around 2000 calories 100gr protein 300gr carbs 40gr of fats. should i change something ?

    1. 1) Regardless of whatever else you are doing, I would suggest upping your protein by roughly 50%. 2) As to your 2000kcal/day total–at this energy intake are you losing roughly .5kg/week? If not, I would adjust accordingly.

    2. I’d recommend increasing your protein intake to 138 grams and lower your fat intake to maintain the 2000 calories per day.

    3. that was the goal to loose 0.5kg a week but it’s not working i don’t know why ^^’ i’m exercising and all and my diet is clean but i’ve took a kilo this week

    4. 1) It’s “lose”, not “loose”. 2) The goal is presumably to lose bodyfat, not “weight”. Measure body composition so you make sure you are losing fat while gaining–or at least not losing–lean body mass. There are a variety of methods by which to do this–it may be worth your while to have this done for you by “an expert” and the repeat with the same person and method as needed.

  5. To any guys in the comments trying to impress girls: you don’t have to be super muscular to be hot. As long as you don’t have a gut, your body is already masculine and attractive. Don’t feel like you have to kill your self in the gym if you don’t want to. There’s so much feminist crap out there saying how girls don’t have to be skinny, so I think it’s necessary to tell guys they don’t have to be muscular ✌🏻

  6. How do I get fat? even if I stuff my face in high calorie and fatty foods I never gain weight at all luckily I only lose weight if I starve myself.

    1. Basically the main source of calories. For example, staples can include potatoes, bananas, rice, other whole grains.

    2. I eat potatoes now and then and a few banana’s does veg count as wholefoods? I eat mostly anything in the vegan section like vegan pies, sausages, burgers etc. with chips/waffles with spaghetti/beans with either carrots, broccoli, cauliflower or cabbage.

    3. Ok, try adding rice, i forgot to mention oats which are good, and dont forget dark leafy green vegetables. Slowly eat a caloric surplus, about a 100-300 more calories and excersize.
